Founder of RedRidge Workshop, where crafts custom furniture, cigar humidors, and just about any wooden masterpiece you can dream up. The kind of guy who doesn’t just make things—he makes things that last. We met in 2013 when our college houses faced each other, bonding over beers and quickly becoming brothers. Since then, John has been a rock in my life—pushing me, challenging me, and showing me what it means to build something great. Whether it was watching him master Excel like a Fortune 500 analyst, climb the ranks at a window factory from the ground floor to senior management, or launch his own business, John’s approach to life is simple: figure it out and make it happen. Stoic, sharp, and universally respected, John has been there through my best and worst days, always keeping me grounded. We debate philosophy and politics constantly—iron sharpening iron. And if there’s one guy you want in your corner, it’s him. No question.

Dalia is someone I deeply admire. She’s tenacious, passionate, and ridiculously driven. If you need something done right (and done well), she’s the one to call. Somewhere along the way, she became more than just a colleague - she became an incredibly meaningful friend. She is a present, steady, and unwavering force in my life. She’s the person I can call at 4 a.m. with anything—no questions, no hesitation, just there. She’s my sounding board, my source of wisdom, my biggest encourager. I don’t know how I got so lucky, but she’s my forever friend, and I’m holding onto that for life. And somehow, she does it all. She’s raising two sweet kids, building her own dental practice, organizing events for her community, and still finding time to show up for the people she loves—all while being an incredible wife.
