Welcome to our wedding page! Our story begins in January 2022 when our mutual friends invited the both of us, to an event in the city. Although we didn’t interact much, something about him sparked my interest. I thought he was super funny and witty, so I sent him a friend request on Instagram, which he accepted (how couldn’t he?). One week later, our friends arranged for a group dinner in Astoria, and since I knew he was going to be there, I rushed there after work, tired and looking like a mess, nervous to see him. After dinner we went over to a bar called The Bonnie, where we were talking, and he decided to request BSB’s “I Want It That Way” to the bartender in secret, since he knew I loved that song. At that point I realized then that the feelings were mutual, and the rest was history. A few weeks after talking, we both realized right away that we had a similar sense of blunt dark humor, both shared a similar love for animals, and had similar goals in life. Soon after, he asked me to be his girlfriend, met each other's families, and we moved in together after 1 year. Sunday evening, December 3rd, 2023, he told me to get “dolled up” and that he was taking me on a date to a fancy rooftop. He was nervous the entire train ride, I could tell. We went to this restaurant in Manhattan called Manhatta (not sure where the name comes from). It was probably the fanciest restaurant I’ve ever been to, but you will never see me eating escargot, no matter the setting. After dinner, the waiter asked us to follow him to a private area overlooking the city. When we got there, I could tell Jordan was getting nervous. He sat his phone down next to me and played “Dandelions by Ruth B.” (that’s always been our song), so I started crying realizing he is about to propose. And I said yes, of course. We’ve been together for two and a half years filled with laughs, tears, hard work, and so much love together with our families and friends. We truly appreciate all your love and support over the life of our relationship and are so grateful to give you all a wedding day full of fun, food, dancing, and drinks. Thank you for sharing the greatest day of our lives with us!
