FAQs

Question

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is December 13th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue and catering with a total guest count in a timely manner, thank you for understanding! If we don’t hear back, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend and will miss having you with us!

Question

WHAT IS THE ORDER OF EVENTS?

Answer

Ceremony: 3:30PM - 4:30PM Cocktail Hour: 4:30PM-5:30PM Dinner: 5:30PM-6:30PM Dancing: 6:30PM-8:30PM Grand Exit: 9:30PM

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We kindly ask for formal attire to match the elegance of the occasion. For women: Formal evening wear is encouraged. Gowns, floor-length dresses, dressy suits, as well as traditional attire such as sarees and lenghas are all appropriate. For men: A suit and tie is requested (tuexedos are welcome but not required).

Question

What time should I arrive by?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 3:30pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by "30mins before" pm to ensure you are seated on time. Please note: if you arrive late, our wedding coordinator will not be able to seat you once the ceremony has begun.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

We’re pleased to offer complimentary onsite parking for all our guests, conveniently located right next to the ceremony/reception venue.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under you name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer and videographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you. After we are man and wife, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you would like!

Question

What are my reception dinner options?

Answer

We are offering your choice of Fliet Mignon (GF) with Truffled Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Balsamic Asparagus with Peppercorn Cream Sauce or Tuscan Stuffed Chicken Breast (GF) with Mozzarelia Cheese, Sundried Tomato, and Basil, served with Italian Rice Pilaf and Roasted Parmesan Carrots. Please notate during the RSVP process.
