As many of you know, we met working at Costco in the Fall of 2019. At the time Alison and I just knew of each other in passing. Alison was mostly on the front end registers and I was a stocker in the nights. Once the winter season ended I got hired on formally and started to work on the front end registers as well. Still at this time we didn't really talk to each other but behind the scenes there were emotions brewing. Alison was talking to a couple of friends at work at asked, "Who's that guy over there? He's pretty cute." One day I was cleaning up the floor in the Foods section and Alison came to join along. We introduced each other and started talking about work, then life, and I just couldn't help but have a warm feeling inside. It was like talking to a friend and catching up even though we have never really talked before. At the end of our shift we did what all Gen Z kids do and that's follow each other on Instagram. May 22, 2020, Alison was off work and posted a picture on Instagram and I responded to it, everything changed after that. We texted non stop and took our first date to Beckley Creek Park and the rest is history.
