Do I need a current passport?

Answer

A passport is required for travel to Mexico. Processing times can vary, so we suggest applying early. If it's your first time applying for a passport, you'll need to do so in person. More details can be found here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply.html .

Do we have to stay at the sls resort?

Answer

Yes. To attend the wedding events, all guests must be staying at SLS Playa Mujeres and MUST use our booking link found on the accommodations page, as required by the resort. In order to book the resort, please use the link found on the accommodations page. Please note that there is a 3-night minimum stay.

When should we plan to arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving Friday, February 6th and departing Monday, February 9th, but please feel free to adjust your travel dates as desired. Our wedding events will take place on Saturday, February 7th and Sunday, February 8th.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Yes! SLS Playa Mujeres is a kid-friendly resort. Please note that it is an adult-focused property, so kid-specific activities are limited.

What is the dress code for the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Our rehearsal dinner will be an all-white party. Ladies are encouraged to wear white dresses, short or long. Men are encouraged to wear white linen, khaki tones, or neutral tones.

What is the dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to wear colorful cocktail or formal attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear short or long colorful dresses and men should wear a jacket and pants, or suits in any color.
