What's the Dress Code?

Answer

Cocktail, or Black Tie optional. We are requesting that your attire be light and neutral-toned. Please do not attend wearing white. We have attached a color scheme along with your invitation for further explanation, but it is also listed at the top of this FAQ page.

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! This way we can give all of our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears. We politely request no children (:

Can I Bring a Date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are hoping to keep the guest list limited as we have already invited the max amount of people our venue allows. Thank you for not bringing a guest unless specified otherwise on your invitation!

Will the ceremony/reception be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same outdoor venue in Murrieta, California. Be sure to bring a jacket in case it gets chilly towards the end of the night, but we are expecting sunny clear skies.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party and family will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception area where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an 30-45 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should I park?

Answer

There will be attendants helping out our guests and showing them where to park; parking will be free, so no need to bring extra cash for that.

Will food and drink be served at the reception?

Answer

Absolutely! Abraham and I both worked for Olive Garden, so we thought it would be fitting and delicious to have it on our special day. There will be an assortment of options in terms of the pasta station, and we will have vegetarian options as well. There will be jumbo salads served with delicious italian dressing, and breadsticks galore! As for the drinks, there will be a choice between two wines; and we will also have several non-alcoholic beverages as well.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #Abe&JorForevermore so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Where are you registered?

Answer

You can find our Registry in the navigation menu of this wedding website. As you’ll notice, we only have a few physical items on the registry. This is because we currently have most of the “new home” items already, and could really use gifts towards our cash fund since we plan to buy a house come December of this year! We are super excited, and have been saving for a while; whatever you can give is extremely appreciated. Thank you for getting us a gift!
