FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4. Please arrive by 3:30-3:45 to allow ample time to be seated comfortably.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

No specific dress code (standard formal wedding attire is perfect), but for women we would recommend avoiding stiletto/high heels (venue is indoor/outdoor & they get easily stuck in the desert ground)! Block heels or flats are great alternatives.

Question

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both being held at Desert View, which offers ample complimentary parking on-site.

Question

Is transportation available for the wedding day?

Answer

Yes; there will be complimentary shuttles available to bring guests from the 3 hotels (listed on the "travel" tab of the website) to the ceremony, and then back to those hotels after the reception. Shuttle pickup/dropoff times will be finalized and added to the website once all guests have RSVP'd and finalized accomodations so the company can schedule appropriately based upon number of guests.

Question

What is the weather like in April?

Answer

Typical mid-April weather in Phoenix is pleasantly warm, with daytime highs usually averaging around 70-90 degrees (remember, it's a dry heat!) and evening lows typically around 50-60 degrees. The venue is indoor/outdoor and in the heart of the beautiful desert, so definitely plan on wearing sunscreen and be mindful of staying well hydrated throughout the evening. If you're planning to make a trip of it, we'd recommend packing a bathing suit - it's typically perfect pool/water sports weather! Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP via the QR code on your invitation as soon as you know whether your party will be able to attend, but no later than February 28th so we can provide our venue and caterer their requested notice. Whether you are able to physically attend or will be joining us in spirit, thank you so much for being part of our special day! We are so grateful to be surrounded by so much love as we enter this exciting next chapter as newlyweds.

Question

Are kids able to join?

Answer

We love all the children in our lives; however, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of immediate family.

Question

Who should I reach out to if I still have questions?

Answer

As the wedding approaches, please text or call Jordana (914-703-7318) or Matt (973-534-3169) directly with any questions. On our wedding day, please reach out directly to our day-of coordinator, Alayna, at 480-415-8099 for the most efficient response! If you are unable to reach her and the question is time sensitive, we will get back to you as soon as we can.
