Answer

The ceremony and dinner will be held outdoors. The party will be indoors.

Will there be any COVID precautions in place?

We kindly ask that all guests be vaccinated. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and take care of yourself. The safety of our guests is of utmost importance to us, thank you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. For ladies, please be mindful that the ceremony and dinner will be taking place on grass. Stilettos are not recommended.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The bride and groom request guests arrive at 4:30. The ceremony will begin precisely at 5:00pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the Hyatt Westlake Village to the wedding venue and back.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there are parking spaces on the venue premises and there will be a parking lot attendant on site. No parking is permitted on the surrounding residential streets.
