CHURCH PARKING LOT There is free parking available on the south side of Walnut Creek Church in their parking lot (on the corner of E. 4th & Walnut Street). There are also parking spots available on the side of the Church next to the parking lot. STREET PARKING Free after 9:00 p.m. Mon–Sat, and free all day Sunday. Meter parking is free on the Court Ave, Locust St., & Grand Ave. bridges. LOT & GARAGE PARKING The LifeServe Blood Center typically allows parking in their lot for $5. Their parking lot is just across E. 4th on the East side of Walnut Creek Downtown. You can enter this lot from E Locust Street, Walnut Street, or E. 5th. The east half of the parking structure is EMC Insurance’s private parking. Handicap accessible entrance and exit are on the north side of building on Mulberry Street. Pedestrian entrance and exit are on the south side of building on Cherry Street. Rates are $1 per hour (up to $10 per day) Mon–Sat between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and free on Sundays.
