Is this an outdoor event?

Answer

Yes, the wedding ceremony will take place outdoors but the reception will be inside with AC. Please plan your shoe comfort accordingly to being outdoors.

Question

May we roam the property?

Answer

Per our agreement with the vendor - No. Guest are not permitted to roam the entire property. This is a private property and is in a heavily wooded area. All activities must take place in and around the immediate area of the Teepees. There is a pond at the property and it is not safe. No one should be near the pond.

Families with children (anyone under the age of 18)

Answer

Per our agreement with the venue, guardians understand they are responsible for their children (anyone under the age of 18) at the event. There is a pond at the property and it is not safe. No one should be near the pond. Children should not running around unsupervised or honestly, running around at all. Additionally, please do not supply/bring drawing tools or items that could leave marks/indents/or could cause damage to the venue's property. If you are supplying an electronic device for your child's entertainment, please have them wear headphones/earbuds in order to keep the device silent during the ceremony and reception.

May I bring my pet?

Answer

No. The bride and groom do not wish to have any pets in attendance. This includes Sasquatches.

Is there an indoor bathroom?

Answer

Yes. Per the venue website - there are luxurious guest restrooms with multiple stalls and AC.

Parking?

Answer

There is limited parking so please try to carpool if possible.

Question

May I take photos during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Yes. However, there will be specific times during the wedding ceremony when we ask that you do not use your phone or take any photographs so the professional photographer may capture specific moments. We promise to let you know when you can take your pictures. Thank you for honoring this request.
