Hotel
Ben and I will be staying at this hotel. It is 20 minutes from the venue. Check in time is 4pm-11pm. Our ceremony is at 4pm so some pre-planning will be necessary. Pre-Check In is available by PHONE on a first come, first serve basis so please ensure you call the hotel by 12:30pm. (You are encouraged to call ahead even earlier to let the hotel know you'll be arriving before check-in) Pre-checking will increase your chances of room availability once you arrive. Last song at the reception is at 9:45pm so you should be able to check in after the wedding if necessary, just make sure you’re back at the hotel before 11pm. Check out is 10am.

20 minutes from venue This hotel is a stones throw away from the Riviera Oaks Resort in the event that you cannot get a room at the Riviera or prefer this hotel! Check in is at 3pm and check out is 11am.
Shuttle
March 23, 2019 2:15 pm - 11:00 pm
A van will be available to take you from the Riviera Oaks Resort to the venue. It seats 9 people and will do 2 trips total between 2:15-3:45pm. (first van leaves promptly at 2:15pm and the 2nd group should be ready and outside by 2:45pm- the van will not wait for lingering guests) For those arriving on the earlier shuttle, there is a wine/tasting room open to the public that you can hangout at prior to the ceremony. (we do need a few to volunteer to be on the earlier shuttle, so I appreciate whomever that is!) There will also be a shuttle to take those guests back to the Riviera Oaks hotel at the end of the night! Similar to the earlier format, this van will do 2 trips total from 9:45pm to 11:15pm. (first van leaves at 9:45pm and the second group should be ready by 10:20pm) Self parking will also be available at the venue with ample spots. Please note: Uber and Lyft do not have many cars operating in the area so please plan accordingly. Carpooling is also encouraged! :)
Flight
San Diego will be the closest airport to our venue however John Wayne Airport in Orange County and LAX up in Los Angeles are both wonderful options if you will be renting a car and spending some time in California.
