Welcome Event

This will be outside on the hotel patio so be sure to bring something incase you get chilled easily!

To kick off the weekend, please join us at the Gold Canyon Resort for a Welcome Event Friday evening. For those traveling in from out of town, we would love to see before the big party on Saturday night. There will be a shuttle running back and forth from the Best Western to the Gold Canyon Resort from 8pm-10pm. The bar will be open and light snacks and desserts will be served. We can wait to see you!

Party Time!

Desert Upscale Cocktail: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets and slacks. We'll be outside, for a desert bohemian styled party.

We are keeping the ceremony extremely intimate, with only immediate family by our side. That being said, we want to celebrate with you all right after with a not-so-typical reception. Pack your dancing shoes! While there won't be a standard, plated dinner, there will be extensive food options so please come hungry! Ladies: please note we will be outside on some slight stone and dirt ground. Please wear comfy shoes. ie. Might be best to avoid your favorite pair of thin stilettos and lean more towards block heels, wedges or flats. Shuttles will bring you from the hotels to the party location where they will meet you on the dance floor! Shuttles will leave both hotels at 5pm. There is only 1 from each hotel so please be sure to be on time!! If you do need to drive yourself, please note that the location is a little off the beaten path. A car with a little suspension and good traction is strongly encouraged! If you have questions, just let us know.
