When and where is our wedding?

Our wedding will take place on Friday, November 6, 2026 at The Windmill Winery, located at 1140 W Butte Ave, Florence, AZ 85132. The ceremony will begin at 4pm, followed by cocktail hour and the reception.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please arrive 20-30 minutes early to allow time for seating before the ceremony begins.

What is the dress code?

Funky Formal attire! Funky Formal sits between semi-formal and black-tie, mixing classic silhouettes with bold colors and textures. Think elevated and polished with a playful twist. Here are some ideas: • For women: A midi or long dress, a polished jumpsuit, or a chic skirt-and-top set. Bring in the “funky” with bold colors, playful prints, standout accessories, or unique textures. • For men: A suit or dress pants with a blazer and a crisp button-down. For a tie or bow-tie choose a fun pattern or color to add personality and match the funky formal vibe. • For nonbinary guests: A tailored suit or blazer with dress pants, a sleek jumpsuit, or coordinated dressy separates all fit the code. Incorporate funky elements through color, texture, accessories, or eye-catching details. If bold or funky colors aren’t your style, think jewel tones like emerald green, ruby red, sapphire blue, amethyst purple or even black! The bride and groom encourage guests to accessorize- Statement jewelry, vibrant pocket squares, unique bow tie/tie, or bold shoes! PLEASE DO NOT WEAR JEANS. Any colors that should be avoided? To help the bride stand out on the big day, we kindly ask that guests avoid white and any light shades close to it (ivory, cream, champagne). Thank you so much for keeping the focus on the couple!

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be listed on the invitation.

While we love your little ones, we have chosen to invite children ages 10 and up to our wedding. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Where is the after party?

Answer

Time: 10:00 PM – Late Location: The Irish Cowboy, 305 N Main St, Florence, AZ 85132 Join us for one last toast! After the reception, keep the celebration going at The Irish Cowboy, a local Irish pub with tasty bar food and good drinks! The hotel shuttle will take guests from the venue to the bar and back to the hotel at the end of the night, so come relax, mingle, and dance the night away with us!
