We attend University of Michigan - Ann Arbor and met the summer before senior year (2016). Our paths crossed every now and then before that summer, but we officially started dating in May of 2016.

Within our first year of dating, we adopted a sweet little cat named Bingo. She has always been our best companion, flying across the country to spend time with friends & family. Soon after the pandemic hit, we decided to adopt a kitten named David (immediately changed to Echo, against Joohee's wishes). Echo has kept us on our toes and outsmarted us both when it comes to how food motivated he is.

From New Orleans to NYC, we've moved across many states to be with one another. This also gave us opportunities to meet some of the best people in the world that we can't wait to see on our wedding day. We are now both settled in Brooklyn, NY, living our lazy adult lives with our 2 favorite cats.
