FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 1st (earlier is okay too! 🙂)

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're calling our dress code "Semi-Formal/Garden Party Vibes". In other words, suits, slacks, cocktail dresses, sundresses, prints, and fun accessories are all encouraged! The ceremony will be outdoors with an indoor rain plan. Colorado temperatures in May tend to be warm but can vary; layers are always a good idea!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Any kids in your party should be listed when you RSVP. If you don't see their names, reach out and let us know. Make sure you tell us their ages on the RSVP form!

Question

What is the parking situation at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking on site! You can leave your car overnight as long as you pick it up by 10 AM the next day.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Check out the "Travel" page. If you want to book at the Hampton Inn & Suites through our hotel block, you can do so with this link: https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/nmw-nalecz-meyer-wedding-group/

Question

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

We hope to offer a shuttle service between the recommended hotel and the wedding venue. Check out the "Travel" page for more information.

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol or recreational drugs?

Answer

No, the venue prohibits outside alcohol and recreational drugs.

Question

I've never been to Colorado before, anything I should know?

Answer

First and foremost, drink lots of water! The air is dry, so bring lotion and chapstick. The sun can be intense, so wear sunscreen as well. Denver isn't called the Mile High City for nothing! If you've never been at high altitude before, you may experience symptoms like lightheadedness, shortness of breath, and/or nosebleeds. But for most people, these symptoms are mild or nonexistent until you get to much higher altitudes. Many people experience the effects of alcohol more acutely at high altitude, so drink carefully, stay hydrated, and use rideshares or designated drivers! Did we mention to drink lots of water?
