We’re getting married!

Jonny and I met in 2014 at the organization that we both currently work for, NYC Outward Schools. We started as new staff together and quickly connected despite Jonny being a very impulsive social person while I was more quiet and calm trying to figure out who this guy was that wore a p-cord as a choker necklace. After seeing Jonny call a groundhog over to feed it and singing at our annual work talent show, I knew I wanted to get to know him more. Since then we became really good friends, and soon quickly started dating. Our first date was attending a MP3 Experiment with Improv Everywhere. For the dress attire, we had to wear all one color and I remember Jonny proudly presenting his green on green ensemble. I thought it was a little strange of how proud he was that he matched green on green but then soon learned that he's colorblind! Since then, we have been on many dates and adventures together. We have skydived together, roundtripped The US, and Costa Rica together, traveled Central America and the start of South America (Colombia) ,ran plenty of half marathons together, done bunch of hikes, climbs, overnight camping trips, etc. Our life together so far has been one crazy adventure, and now we begin 2022 with the biggest adventure of all, raising our 3 month old son, Julian Marci, Soto-Altrogge, together who was born on 2. 28. 2022. I feel blessed to have found someone who became a best friend to me and now my life partner.
