Answer

Formal, black tie optional (suit and tie and dresses) Please bring a jacket as it is still the PNW, and can get very cold at night. For your safety, please be mindful of the shoes you wear since the flooring is all on the docks, for the ladies wedges or flats preferred.

Question

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and have a good time without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

Question

Where will the Ceremony and Reception take place?

Answer

Both will take place at the Center for Wooden Boat Gallery-down on the docks in South Lake Union. Please look for signs or attendants for directions!

Question

Will there be parking at the wedding?

Answer

There is very limited parking on the premises, but keep in mind that it will be Labor Day weekend! Parking will be difficult to find, so please consider taking an Uber/lyft to the venue if possible.

Question

What is the best transportation to and from seattle/airport?

Answer

Uber and Lyft are an option but can be more costly, there is a Seattle light rail that takes you straight from the airport into to the city if you will be staying in downtown.
