FAQs

Question

What are COVID policies?

Answer

We want everyone to be as safe as possible, and will be asking that everyone wear a mask for the entirety of our wedding (besides to eat of course). Hand sanitizing stations will also be provided, and each guest is encouraged to use them frequently. We are very lucky that our venue is open air, with no ventilation so keeping the air as clean as possible is much easier to do! We hope that everyone can come and enjoy the party while knowing safety is a top priority! If you have any questions, feel free to call or text Joni at any time.

Question

Where is Thrall, TX?

Answer

Thrall is a small town outside of Round Rock and Georgetown. Thankfully it is the opposite way from Austin and traffic should not be as crazy to navigate. The venue is kind of in the middle of nowhere it seems, so if you don't see anything for a while that is ok! Maps will take you directly to the venue, but if you need further assistance feel free to reach out.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

Yes! We love all of our family members, both big and small. Just please be respectful of others and the venue itself, and other guests as well.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP as soon as possible, but our last day available will be two weeks before the date. This makes the "deadline" February 26th. If anything happens after that just please be sure to tell Joni personally to be accounted for.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin before six forty five, but we would like everyone to arrive around five to find seats and family members.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Most people are accounted for a plus one, but please double check with Joni before bringing an addition to account for food and a seat at the table.

Question

I have a food allergy or I am vegetarian, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes of course. We can accommodate food allergies or preferences but if Joni already knows about your needs she has tried her best to accommodate already!

Question

Is there enough parking available?

Answer

For sure! The parking lot is pretty big, and I don't see us needing more.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, but I am sure there will be a few younger ones who won't mind driving as well as some designated drivers that can make trips for you. If you would like to set something up I am sure it can be arranged! Of course we do not want any issues with driving while intoxicated, but we just have to plan accordingly!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Is that even a question? Of course there will be! It will be serving only beer and wine though plus possibly a cocktail of choice. It will not be limited, but of course use good judgement :) There will also be water and soda available for those who cannot or chose not to drink.

For all the days along the way
