Our first date was probably one of my favorites. Usually, before a first date, I would feel a pit in my stomach or feel like I knew it wouldn't end well, but for some reason when it came to Nathaniel, I felt genuine excitement. He had listened and remembered all of my favorite things and intentionally created a date for me. We got Mexican food because it is one of my favorites, and got milkshakes from The Yard right after! The conversations were great, and everything felt natural with him. On the drive home, I didn't want the date to end (neither did he, but I wouldn't know that until later!). As I was getting out of the car, we said our goodbyes, and by the time I made it up to my dorm, he had texted me that he had an awesome time and that he would love to do it again. My prayer is that everyone has great first, second, third and many more dates to come, just like ours.
