We both "swiped right" and matched on bumble and we had our first date at the Irvine spectrum, Ryan planned a scavenger hunt and Shelby made Ryan face his fear of heights and decided to take a ride on the Ferris wheel. We both discovered how much we had in common when it came to our love of sports, specifically baseball, traveling, and animals.

Over the 4th of July we were in Phoenix, Arizona for a baseball tournament Ryan's baseball team was in. Under the fireworks on our hotel balcony Ryan popped the question!
