Wedding Party

Say hello to our friends and family who are walking down the isle with us on our big day! Gals - written by Hannah Guys - written by Chris

Sarah - Sister of the Bride

Maid of Honor

Sarah is so much more than my sister. Since the day she was born we have taken on life together as best friends and I couldn't imagine my life without her. From the moment she was born it was very apparent that despite all of our similarities, we were going to be very different. Even though she is past the years of playing with Barbies in the living room in her Princess dresses, she will always be my baby sister. Sarah is the definition of whiskey in a tea cup and has been since day one. She is independent, strong, and shamelessly beautiful, but as her sister I know that her heart is even more stunning. I love her with all my heart and couldn't be more proud to be her sister.

Hannah - Sister of the Groom

Bridesmaid

There are no words that could describe how excited I am to have not only a sister-in-law like Hannah, but a best friend like her too. She is both to me. I have never met anyone who can light up a room like she does. She is dedicated, beautiful, compassionate, and her laugh is absolutely contagious. Since day one she has not only accepted me and supported us, but she has also given me the amazing privilege of knowing that she is just as excited about me loving her twin brother as I am about loving him. From the stories I have heard, I owe her one for taking care of Chris for all these years and for keeping him out of trouble when he was little! I couldn't imagine our wedding day, and life, without Hannah and I am truly blessed to call her my soon to be sister!

Rachel - Friend of the Bride

Bridesmaid

Rachel and I became best friends twice, and to this day we still laugh at how we did! Flashback to us at 5 years old at soccer practice. We started talking and were BFF's the whole season. She went to a different school than me, so when the season was over, we forgot about each other. Now, fast forward to Sophomore year of High School - Spanish 2, sitting next to each other in class. We got paired up for a project and the rest is history! Together we have navigated every challenge life could throw at us from college, to jobs, to how many free Monday iced coffees we can get from Dunkin Donuts in one day without them noticing. No one knows me like she does and I love her like a sister, I couldn't imagine my wedding day without her by my side.

Miranda - Friend of the Bride

Bridesmaid

Miranda and I met when she started working at Tractor Supply with me, and our friendship was instant. I had never met someone who liked so many of the same things that I did and neither had she. She is my Jeep buddy, my paddle boarding pal, and I can always count on her to be up for anything no matter what it is or where it's at. What I love the most about Miranda is how she can make anything fun. We had some boring days at work, but when we happened to be on the same shift, they were the furthest thing from that! Miranda is so many things: fearless, selfless, and free-spirited, but above all she is the kind of person who you could only wish for in a friend. She would do absolutely anything for me and I would do the same. I couldn't imagine my wedding day without her.

Clayton - Friend of the Groom

Best Man

I met Clayton when we were about 7 years old through baseball. Our friendship immediately started on the baseball field, but it grew to be much more than that. Through the years we played on the same baseball team, and developed a friendship that went beyond baseball. We became best friends and many people joke with us and ask if we are ever not together. Clayton is more than a best friend, he is my brother. A funny story I remember about Clayton was when we were in middle school. His parents left the house, we began to horse around, and we ended up breaking a door. Shortly after it broke, his parents pulled back into the garage. Clayton quickly ran into the bathroom and left us friends out to explain to his dad why the door that was perfectly fine when they left, was now broken.

Marcus - Friend of the Groom

Groomsman

I met Marcus in kindergarten and we have continued our friendship over the years. I can remember going to his house for every 2 hour delay and walking to school. One memory that comes to mind is when we were in 4th grade. I remember Marcus and I were tugging on opposite sides of a sweatshirt, he let go and his end came around and hit our teachers coffee cup on his desk, spilling it all over the place. We got to spend a full week with the meanest teacher at our school during recess. Marcus is a friend I know I will always be able to count on!

Deion - Friend of the Groom

Groomsman

I met Deion when I moved in across the street from him in middle school. Deion is one of those friends that will always be there for you and doesn’t know a stranger. I remember all the years we spent in the back yard playing baseball and football until the sun went down. One of my favorite stories with Deion, even though looking back it makes us look like horrible people, is a prank we pulled on his little brother, Logan. Deion and I told him that the cops were coming to get him and he started screaming and crying that he didn’t want to go to jail. We have laughed about it ever since! Deion has been a great friend and I know he will always be there.

Craig - Friend of the Groom

Groomsman

Craig has been my friend for the shortest amount of time, but we have just as many memories together as anyone. Craig and I met when I went to play college baseball at DACC. We started off as teammates, but he has become one of my closest friends. We have spent countless hours together on the baseball field and at his house. We have spent the majority of our time in the woods hunting rabbits, squirrels, deer, you name it. I still have no clue how we ever harvested a deer because we were always cracking jokes and being loud. One of my favorite memories with Craig is harvesting my first deer. Craig never fails to make me laugh and say off the wall stuff.

Kyle - Friend of the Groom

Groomsman

I don’t even know where to start with Kyle. Kyle is the clown of the group and no matter how mad you are, he can manage to make you laugh so hard you start to cry. Kyle and I met through baseball at a young age and for many years were together almost all summer. I remember playing backyard baseball at Kyle’s house and keeping track of our homeruns all summer. One memory that stands out with Kyle is I remember playing college baseball on PlayStation and Kyle’s created guy struck out. Kyle proceeded to throw the controller on the ground and cracked the screen on my brand new cell phone. I was not very happy and I’ll never let Kyle live that one down!

Colton - Brother of the Bride

Groomsman

I met Colton through my amazing fiancé and he is quite the character. I grew up with a twin sister and always had best friends that were brothers, but I am truly gaining a brother with Colton. We share a lot of the same hobbies and can always get lost in conversation about large mouth bass and giant bucks. It is pretty amazing to be gaining a family member like Colton.
