Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on this website by October 1, 2023. If you RSVP, but cannot attend, please notify Lisa Soule, Betsy Jones, or Erin Soule as soon as possible.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue has a large parking lot nearby. There is also a lane for easy drop-off for our guests who cannot walk from the parking lot. Guest are able to leave their cars overnight at the venue if needed. It is requested that cars be picked up by 11am the following day.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All guests have received an invitation to our wedding and reception. Unfortunately, due to space, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we love your children, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

Dinner will be served family-style. Our menu includes house salad, chicken parmesan, roast beef, rigatoni alla vodka, brussel sprouts, and smashed potatoes. When you RSVP please denote any dietary restrictions or food allergies so a special meal can be prepared for you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The Hyatt Legacy hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the venue IF 15 nights are booked in the provided hotel block. Otherwise, guests should plan to either drive or Uber to the event.
