Question

Can we bring our children?

Answer

Although we love all our little ones so much, we have chosen to make our special day an adults-only affair aside from the bridal party.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal. Most appropriate would be a 3 piece suit or dress pants with a button-down shirt and tie for the gentlemen, and a floor length or a midi or knee-length cocktail dress for the women.

Question

Is there anything you would prefer we not wear?

Answer

Please respectfully do not wear white as that color is reserved for the bride. The groom will be in a dark brown suit so we ask that the bengal men refrain from that color to ensure he also stand out on this special day! The bridal party will be in auburn/terracotta dresses and medium beige suits. Please also do not wear anything casual such as denim, baseball hats, etc. We look forward to seeing everyone dressed up!

Question

Have you reserved hotel blocks?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn and Suites in downtown La Crosse for the weekend of our wedding. There are additional hotels listed under our travel page if needed.

Question

What should I do if I don’t make it into the room block?

Answer

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our room block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway - they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside our block. If not you can find additional accommodations on our travel page.

Question

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP?

Answer

Your invitation should have a QR code on it, you can scan that which will take you to our RSVP page. There you will be able to RSVP online.

Question

What are the addresses of the ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception venue will both be at the same location. The venue is Celebrations on the River (River Park) located at 2100 Dawson Avenue La Crosse, WI 54601. Once you arrive, you will see signage directing you to the back patio around the left side of the building where the ceremony will take place. There is a small staircase you will need to descend to the ceremony seating area.

Question

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue.

Answer

Uber and Lyft is available for anyone who wants a safe ride to and from our wedding.

Question

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

For guests who plan to drive to and from our wedding venue there is free parking on-site. If the venue parking lot is full upon your arrival there is a church across the street that allows wedding guests to utilize.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors however our venue does have an attached enclosed porch area if the weather is not conducive to having our ceremony outside. Our reception will be indoors though we will have access to both an outdoor patio with seating and the attached enclosed porch with standing tables and seating through out the day and evening.
