FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please R.S.V.P by October 23rd, 2024.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes early to the wedding ceremony. Live music will be provided for the guests enjoyment.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. We kindly ask our guests to dress in semi-formal attire. For men, this may include suits or dress pants with a button-up shirt (tie optional) and jackets. For women, cocktail dresses, or jumpsuits are suitable. Cowboy boots are also welcome.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As we have limited seating, please alert the bride or groom to any additional guests not included on the extended invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kid friendly area will be provided, however there will be no on site babysitter, so please be mindful of children's whereabouts while in attendance. We want our wedding to be a joyful celebration for everyone and we plan to party into the night! After 7:30 PM, the ambiance of our celebration will transition to an adult setting with lively music (not PG) and increased partying. While your children are welcome to attend, festivities will be geared towards adults after 7:30 pm. In consideration of our guests with young children or those who appreciate a more traditional setting, we kindly suggest that they may choose to conclude their evening before this transition. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to creating unforgettable moments with you during our wedding!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! There are many hotels in the area, however we have booked a segment of rooms at the Hampton Inn By Hilton Longview located at 160 Lucy Drive, Longview, TX, US. Please see the travel page for additional information.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please alert the bride or groom when submitting your R.S.V.P.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! On-site parking will be provided in grassy areas.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Unfortunately, guests will need to be responsible for their own transportation.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Please check our events page for additional information.

Question

Sip, Sip, Hooray!

Answer

Please be advised our wedding will have an open bar that is provided to guests 21+, so please bring a valid photo ID with you. It will also be heavily photographed, so any drunken shenanigans will be well documented for years to come. The drinks are on us, however you may consider bringing cash to tip our bartenders. Please drink responsibly and organize transportation accordingly. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
