We met at a college dorm party at our alma mater, St. Thomas Aquinas College. Lauren had broken her nose (badly) the week before playing soccer, but some of her now bridesmaids insisted she go out. A few hours into the night, in walks a tall blue-eyed guy with the sweetest smile who chose to talk to the girl in the nose cast.

February 28, 2020. Brooklyn Bridge Park. Our dog Barkley was more nervous than Brian. Cousin Gabby Jones hid in the bushes to take pictures. That's all we remember and it was perfect.
