What is the plan for COVID-19 precautions?

Answer

As of May 1, venue says we are still on track to have the wedding. We have been in contact with the venue and they are adding many precautions. It saddens us that we may have to limit our guest count though. Please be understanding with us if we have to do this. If you are unable to come, we completely understand and will celebrate with you eventually! If you are sick, please stay home. Masks and good hand hygiene are welcomed!!!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Fifteen minutes before 6 pm. Begin inside venue and guests will be announced to go outside upon starting of the ceremony.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes plenty of parking right at the front; no valet.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Smoking is allowed outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts in receptacles.

Will the ceremony and reception be outside?

Answer

The reception will be inside with climate control. The ceremony is planned to be outside but will be ultimately decided that week based on the weather outlook. In the event of storms or high temperatures, ceremony will most likely be held inside as well.

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

In any map resource (apple maps, google maps, waze) type in The Springs event venue Alvarado. There's a few small roads towards the venue. You will notice our wedding signs.

Answer

The caterer is Chuys, enchiladas will be served.
