When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are requesting initial intent responses are returned by July 1st, 2025. RSVPs for events will be sent out following invitations. RSVPs will not be accepted after March 1st, 2026 due to venue restrictions.

What will I need to pay for?

Answer

We are providing accommodations for three nights, in addition to multiple hosted events. Food and beverage will be provided at all hosted events. Additionally, complimentary breakfast will be served from 8-10am each morning. You will be responsible for transportation to the villa and any additional food/beverage outside of hosted events. Upon check-in, each room will be required to place a credit card on file for incidentals or room service charges.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, the nature of this event requires a child free weekend. Guests must be ages 18+.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! You will need a passport to travel to Italy. If you don't have a passport, or yours will expire before our trip, you will want to apply or renew ASAP. Passports can take up to 6 months to process!

If I rent a car, can I park at the Villa?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking on-site if you choose to rent a car. Renting a car in Tuscany is one of the best ways to explore the countryside!
