Black Tie Preferred: We encourage our guests to take this opportunity to dress up in formal evening attire and help us celebrate in style. Women: Floor length or ankle length gown Men: Tuxedo or dark colored suit and tie

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts promptly @ 2pm. Please arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes prior.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Although we prefer an unplugged ceremony, we understand that our family and friends are excited to capture and share this special time with us. If you’d like to snap a quick picture during our ceremony, please be considerate and avoid blocking the view of our professional photographers and videographers. Also, kindly ensure all devices are silenced. We are beyond excited to see all the fun, candid photos captured throughout the day!

Will transportation be provided between Hotel and Venue? What are Hotel accommodations?

Is there a bar at the Residence Inn?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is no bar at the hotel. However, there are plenty of liquor stores in the surrounding area. Please plan accordingly for before and after the reception so we can keep the party going. THERE WILL BE A FULL OPEN BAR AT OUR RECEPTION AT THE HAMILTON MANOR (:

What should I do during the break between the Church ceremony and Reception?

Answer

While the bridal party is taking pictures during the time between the Ceremony (2-3 PM) and Reception (6-11 PM), we encourage guests to take this time to check into the Residence Inn, freshen up, and catch up with friends and family. Shuttles will begin at 5 PM from the hotel to the venue and will run until 5:45 PM. Please see Accommodations tab for more information on shuttles.

Is there a breakfast provided the morning after the wedding?

Answer

The Residence Inn Hamilton (see Accommodations tab for hotel block) provides a continental breakfast for all guests staying at the hotel from 6:30AM to 9AM. Feel free to grab breakfast at any time throughout the morning. The bride and groom will be in the lobby starting at 9:00AM on 12/29/25 to say farewell to guests!

Can I bring a date? A friend? Kids?

Answer

We are adhering to a set guest list, and will only be able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there are parking lots at both the Church and Reception Venue.
