Ceremony & Reception

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

We're so excited to have you with us for our wedding ceremony and reception, which will be back-to-back at the Elms Mansion in the Garden District. Please note the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 (gates to the venue will open at 4:00). In traditional New Orleans fashion, the wedding will be a Cocktail Reception, meaning - while there will be no formally seated dinner - food and drinks will be flowing steadily and plentifully throughout the event in the form of passed appetizers and meal stations. Additionally, while there will be no assigned seating, we will have plenty of tables and chairs for all! After party to follow! (This is New Orleans after all...) Unfortunately, due to the rules of the venue, children under the age of 16 are not permitted.

Fais Do-Do!

1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Come join for our spin on a Cajun Fais Do-Do (pronounced "fay dough-dough")... or simply put: a daytime party! We'll have all the key ingredients: a cochon de lait (roast pig!), drinks and - of course - zydeco tunes. This will be a casual come-and-go affair, so we encourage you to join us at your convenience. But we do hope you'll stay for some key lime pie...
