FAQs

Question

Are you really getting married on a Tuesday?

Answer

Yep

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please visit the RSVP page to respond. Simply type in your name or the name of someone in your party, and your own RSVP page will show up.

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can continue our planning process accordingly. However, the deadline is July 13th. If we haven't received your RSVP by the deadline, we will have to assume you will not be attending.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

You can view the registry by clicking the "Registry" link at the top of the screen. There you will see our Zola registry and a link to our Amazon registry.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We ask that guests be seated by 5:20 PM. Because guests will filter through the park gates at the top of the canyon and take a long, winding road down to the bottom, please take into account that the drive will likely be longer than what it says on the GPS. We recommend guests arrive at the gate of the canyon by 4:50 PM.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Are you the photographer who was hired to take pictures during the ceremony? If yes, please do. If no, don't.

Question

Can I bring a child to the wedding?

Answer

Is the child yours? Was the child listed on the RSVP option? If the answer to either of those questions is no, please do not bring the child.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Hot and sunny and very possibly windy–it is the Texas Panhandle. On a serious note, the ceremony will be outside, so you can bet it will be very hot. The reception will be indoors and under the air conditioning, though.

Question

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

No, please park at the entrance of the canyon and walk along the ridge until you see the venue. At that point, assume the fetal position and roll down.

Question

What colors should I avoid?

Answer

DO NOT WEAR WHITE
