FAQs

Question

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes. An RSVP is required for everyone. Our venue will need a final head count to ensure there is enough seating and food for our guests. In order for us to be able to accommodate space and a meal for you, you must RSVP no later than August 1, 2026. Thank you!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 2:30 PM and be seated by 2:50 PM, so we can begin the ceremony promptly at 3:00 PM. The ceremony will last approximately one hour, after which guests can head straight to the reception's cocktail hour.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! Both St. Mary's and the Oregon Garden has ample parking available for our guests. Be on the lookout when you get to the Oregon Garden grounds for signs on where to go. It is separate from the Oregon Garden Resort!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We recommend that guests dress in their Sunday best. This can include suits or slacks/dress ties for the men and cocktail/long dresses or dressy pant suits for the women. However please know that your presence matters more to us than what you wear!

Question

Will the celebration be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Cocktail hour, weather permitting, will be outside on the Oregon Garden green space, while the ceremony and reception will take place inside.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you!

Question

Is the reception open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for our guests! That being said, there will be photographers to capture EVERY moment and please remember to drive responsibly!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Of course! We love your little ones and can't wait to celebrate with your entire family. Each invitation should indicate how many seats we have reserved for you, including your littles.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Although we would love to accommodate everyone who wants to come and celebrate our big day with us, due to costs and space, we can only accommodate those people named on the invitation. If you're unsure or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to the couple!

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know what dietary restrictions you have when RSVPing and we will accommodate to the best of our, and our vendors, ability!
