The wedding will take place on Friday, September 18, 2026. Guests may begin arriving at 5:00 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We kindly ask that all guests are seated prior to the ceremony start time.
Please submit your RSVP and entrée selection no later than August 21, 2026. We kindly ask that you communicate any known food allergies or dietary restrictions when responding.
Yes, formal attire is requested. We welcome timeless, elegant evening wear in soft neutrals, earth tones, jewel tones, and romantic hues suitable for a September evening celebration in South Florida. Please visit our “Event Details” page for additional attire inspiration and guidance.
Yes, the venue accommodates on-site parking for guests.
The ceremony and reception will both take place outdoors at Villa Toscana Miami. We hope you’ll enjoy the beautiful venue just as much as it captured our hearts during our very first visit. Please keep South Florida’s September weather in mind when planning your attire and footwear for the evening.
In the unlikely event of rain, the venue does have a backup plan in place to relocate the reception to a covered, air-conditioned tented area. We still recommend checking the forecast ahead of time and planning accordingly for South Florida’s September weather.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional plus-ones beyond those already invited. The names of all invited guests will be clearly listed on your save the date and formal invitation. We kindly ask for your understanding as we celebrate this special day with our closest family and friends.
While we love kids, due to limited guest slots available and the setting of our wedding, only a few select children from our closest relatives will be present. As with plus-ones, we can only accommodate guests (including children) whose names are listed on the save-the-dates/invitations. Thank you for understanding!
We simply ask that you show up as your best-dressed self. Our “Event Details” page includes attire guidance and color inspiration for the evening, but more than anything, we’re just excited to celebrate this special day with the people we love most.
We will have an open bar that will serve beer, wine, and signature cocktails. Non-alcoholic drinks will also be available.
