Formal - wear comfortable shoes For the Ladies- NOTE****uneven ground and dirt driveway- be mindful of what shoes you choose (it is a barn location) however footwear is your decision

If you choose to mail back- In your mailed invitation will be a stamped return envelope along with an rsvp card. However on the back of your invitation is the QR code to be able to rsvp online … Whichever way works best for you

Vale Royal Barn and Inn 11009 Old US 23 Fenton, MI. 48430 Our ceremony and reception are on the same property. No need to travel once arrived Plenty of parking Wheel chair accessible Golf cart help from staff for those who need extra assistance

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Weather pending- both! Our ceremony will be held on the water dock behind the inn ( signs and directions on property) Cocktail hour will be held In the garden area along side the inn with games for guests to play - Corn hole and fowling

Those of you whom have received an invite may bring your plus one However this is an adult only event

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Answer
Our reception starts at 4 so Please allow yourself at least 15-20 mins to park, use the restroom, and find your seat While your waiting, you can admire the ceremony decor, listen to prelude music, and catch up with other guests.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?
Answer
Our very big night will end around 10-1030 It’s been a wonderful journey, and we thank you all for celebrating with us, however there will be no after party on site. If you choose to, your more then welcome to do so around town on your own once departing from the property

Respectfully please unplug for the ceremony- we have hired an amazing photographer for this portion of the event However take all the photos you wish at the reception - we will have a hashtag and site for uploading if you choose to share with us

What health and safety measures will be in place?
Answer
Our ceremony is to be outdoors- but we all know Michigan weather! If by chance it does rain, all will be moved inside There will be a Designated smoking area, Away from the barn- so be prepared to get wet if you choose to smoke. Plenty of staff in case of any emergency If you are sick please refrain from attending however we hope that you will feel better soon
