A note for out of town guests, on August 1st-2nd Seattle hosts a major event called Seafair. This means there will be boat races and air shows if you are near Lake Washington, but traffic may be busy on Sunday, so we recommend leaving early for the wedding or taking the shuttle we've arranged from the hotel to the venue.

We have reserved a hotel block at the Archer Hotel in Redmond. This is located between Seattle and the wedding venue for people who would like to see the city but also don't want to spend too long fighting Seattle traffic on Sunday. We will also have a shuttle from the hotel to the wedding available on Sunday, please let us know in your RSVP if you would like to take the shuttle and avoid driving. To get the discounted block rate, please book by July 1st. If you'd like to extend your stay, you can get a preferred rate for Wednesday through Friday by contacting Lin Myint at lin.myint@archerhotel.com.
