Where is the Wedding and reception taking place?
Answer
The wedding, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Dove Hollow Estate at 1195 Merrill Lake Rd, Longview, TX 75604.

Are children welcome?
Answer
While we love all your little kiddos, we are only able to accommodate the number of people explicitly listed on your invite. Your invitation will list the number of seats reserved for your group and their names will be listed when you RSVP! However, we do encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" to relax and enjoy yourself!

Is the couple registered anywhere?
Answer
Your presence is more than we could ever ask for! However, if you desire to give a gift, we ask that you contribute to our Honeymoon Fund!

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
Answer
Please RSVP by September 1, 2024 by using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above.

What if I can't make it?
Answer
Your presence will surely be missed! Please RSVP "Will NOT Attend." If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify Shelby (972) 965-0799 or Jonathan (214) 683-3889.

What time is the wedding?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving no later than 4:15 PM to make sure you are seated. If you are late, you are still welcome to join us for the reception afterward! Please refrain from entering the ceremony space after 4:30 PM.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Your invitation will specify the number of seats reserved for your party. If you have been given a plus one, it will be detailed on your invite and when you RSVP! Otherwise, we would like to keep our wedding an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you please refrain from taking photographs and ensure your phone is on silent during the ceremony. We have hired a professional to capture every moment and will absolutely share those photos with you! After the ceremony, take as many pictures or videos as you would like!

What should I wear?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our day! Please wear cocktail/semi-formal attire. *Please no jeans *Please do not wear white, cream, off-white, or ivory.

What if I don't RSVP in time?
Answer
We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue exact numbers by a certain date, so please don't wait to RSVP!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! Beer and wine are on us, please party accordingly!

Is there a hotel nearby?
Answer
Yes! Please visit the Travel tab and follow the link to get 15% at the Hilton Garden Inn! If this one doesn't suit your style, we have several other options for you to check out!

will the wedding be outside?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors under their large oak tree while cocktail hour will be held under a covered porch and the reception will take place indoors. In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held indoors onsite.

Is there parking?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of onsite parking available. If you plan to party hard, please be sure to have a designated driver or Uber to and from the venue. No cars can be left at the venue overnight.
