Is there a dress code?

Black-tie optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a limited number of guests that the venue will allow. If we are expecting you to bring a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation. If not, we kindly ask that you do not bring any additional guests. If you have any questions regarding plus ones, please reach out to Emily or Jonathan.

Is the ceremony at the same location as the reception?

Answer

Yes! The entire day will take place at Temple Emanu-El of Closter, New Jersey. The day will begin with a cocktail hour, followed by the ceremony which will take place inside of the synagogue. Afterwards, we will take a few short steps to the beautiful venue hall where we will dance and enjoy dinner.
