We're Getting Married!

Jonathan and Thando met in the most millennial way possible - the internet! We bonded over a shared love of music, social justice, and living room forts and, six years later, we've supported each other to become our best selves. While the COVID-19 pandemic had its challenges, our experience in quarantine only strengthened our love and commitment to each other and we got engaged in March of 2020. After two years, we can finally tie the knot and celebrate with our loved ones! We're excited to invite you to join us for a "come as you are" summer celebration at Schaar's Bluff Gathering Center on the beautiful Mississippi River. Join us for a laidback and community-oriented celebration where we encourage you to show up in whatever way makes you feel comfortable and like your best self - think garden party or fancier summer picnic. Jonathan and Thando will be dressed accordingly - we want to feel like ourselves and we'd like you to as well! We're excited to share with you our love for food, music, nature, and to bring together all of the people who have made us who were today!
