We met at Trautmann Middle school in Laredo, Texas over 15 years ago. We were friends, and even have a picture together, chubby faces and all! Jon moved away for high school, and in 2016, he ended up at my home church, Laredo First Assembly. We reconnected instantly and stayed best friends for years. After being friends for so long, we both realized we were meant for each other and started dating. Less than a year later, Jon took me to the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens and got down on one knee!
