Question
When should I rsvp by?
Answer
As we are hoping to get all arrangements together a few months prior to the ceremony, we ask that all RSVPs are returned no later than April 15, 2025. Please be sure to send them with ample time to account for any shipping delays. If we do not receive it by the RNLT date, we will assume you unfortunately cannot attend.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Invitations are specific to your household. Include the names of your children on your RSVP should you choose to bring them along. Anyone who is not listed will not be permitted to attend, and you will need to find other accommodations for the night. Please understand that if you do bring your children you are 100% responsible for them at all times. Also, we are not in a position to make special arrangements for them regarding music or food.

Can I bring a date?

Keep in mind that we do have limited space, and we are only able to accommodate plus ones for serious partners only. If you request a plus one, their name must appear under your name when you RSVP. A plus one invitation is non-transferable. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:45pm. The wedding party will begin the procession at 5:00pm. We ask that all attendees arrive at the venue by 4:30pm at the latest to secure your seat!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
There is ample on-site parking at the Luxe Charlotte Event Venue. This space is also completely wheelchair accessible.
Question
Will this wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors in mid-June so please dress accordingly. The reception will be indoors.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire. Bright summertime colors are encouraged. Please avoid shades of white.
