Two hearts, one love, and a lifetime ahead - we can't wait to see you there!

We met on OkCupid, not knowing that one little message would change our lives forever. From day one, we just clicked. Even though we were 8,000 miles apart - Jonathan in Detroit, Michigan, and Shiela in Ubey, Bohol - we made sure we were part of each other's lives every single day. We video called for hours, laughed until our cheeks hurt, had online dates and movie nights, and leaned on each other through sickness and health, through stress and joy. Somewhere between all those calls and shared moments, we fell in love. After a year of long-distance dating, Jonathan flew to the Philippines. We finally held hands, explored new places together, and shared the kind of smiles that only happen when you're home in someone's arms. Jonathan met Shiela's family, and on that same trip, he asked her to marry him. A year and a half later - after more calls, more waiting, and so much dreaming about the future - Shiela and her son, John Francis, arrived in the U.S. on their K1 and K2 visas. Now we're finally together, ready to start our forever, and so excited to celebrate with all of you.
