What date do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We are planning around a hard RSVP date, August 1st, 2026. We trust that everyone will RSVP on time. However, in the spirit of transparency, please remember, if you do not RSVP on time, you will sadly be taken off the guest list. It is a private estate that is only accessible by our hired shuttles and there will be no possible exceptions.

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are doing a small, intimate wedding. If a plus one is not named on your invitation, that means the invitation is only for you. As much as we would love to include everyone, this is not a kid-friendly engagement. The only children attending are those listed in the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are planning a very whimsical black-tie optional wedding. What does that mean? You can wear traditional black-tie attire (tuxedo or floor-length gown) or a formal alternative like a dark suit or a cocktail dress. If you want to pull inspiration from Lord of the Rings, even better! Do keep in mind the ceremony is outdoors and we are having a fall wedding in the mountains (at a higher altitude.) What NOT to wear: -Stay away from white and green -Especially no Dark forest or emerald green -Sage or Olive green -Casual attire -Jeans If you are in the wedding party and have question's please contact Sasha.

Is there a shuttle for guests staying nearby?

Answer

For guests staying at nearby hotels, shuttle service will be available from West Jefferson Hotel and the Holiday Inn Express in West Jefferson. During the event, you can shuttle back to West Jefferson Hotel at any time.
