Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

YES for guests staying at the hotel: There will be ONE pick up from the hotel at 4:00pm and ONE return time at the end of the reception at 11:15pm. **Please note, our venue is in a desolate area. If you miss the shuttle bus, you may not be able to get Uber/Lyft services. Please plan accordingly.**

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list and venue capacity that we have to stick to. We can only accommodate those listed on the invitation. If something is unclear, please reach out directly to Rebecca or AnnMarie.

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

While we love kids, our wedding will be an adults only (21+) event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements to celebrate with us! If you cannot make it, we totally understand and you will be missed!

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will begin PROMPTLY at 5:00pm, and will run roughly about 30 minutes. Cocktail hour will be downstairs in the tavern and will be 1hr and 30 mins.

Are there Handicap Accommodations?

Answer

Unfortunately, our venue does not have an elevator. There are two handicap entrances, one on the main level where the reception and ceremony will be held and one downstairs in the tavern where cocktail hour will be held. The staff will drive anyone to and from each handicap entrance via golf cart. **If anyone is in need of handicap assistance, please let Rebecca or AnnMarie know ahead of time so we can coordinate with the venue.**

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is Formal/Cocktail. Women can wear floor length, knee-length, or mid length dresses or pantsuits. Whereas the gentlemen can wear a suit and tie. Tuxedos are not required.

What is the RSVP date?

Answer

The RSVP date is October 1st 2024. Please follow the instructions listed on the invitation for mail in response.

When is the last day I can book a hotel room?

Answer

The last day to book a room at the Holiday Inn, Budd Lake, is October 1st of 2024. If you try to book a room after that date, it will not be the discounted group rate. The only way to book a room is to call the hotel directly at 973-448-1100 and mentioning the Baczyk-Miller Wedding and the date 11/09/24. **After October first, you can still book a room at the same hotel, provided the hotel has inventory.** If you find yourself in a bind and can't book a room, there are a few other hotels in the area 1. Residence Inn - Budd Lake (in the same parking lot as our Hotel) 2. Holiday Inn Express - Newton/Sparta 3. Courtyard Mariott - Mt Arlington ** The hotels listed above are not part of our room block, and shuttle services will not be provided.**

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is on site self serve parking at the venue! If you are not staying at the hotel and/or not taking the shuttle you are more then welcome to drive to the venue and park your vehicle for the duration of the ceremony and reception.
