Yes, all hotels suggested here on the website are close to the wedding venue and the pre-night party. We selected Tamarindo because it is fun, walkable, and lively! FYI The Guanacaste area is about a 30-45 minute car ride from The Tamarindo area and Playa Conchal is about a 30 minute car ride from Tamarindo. While these are great areas to stay, they aren't as conveniently located by Tamarindo.
Yes, there are also many villas, houses, and Airbnb options as well in the area. From my research they sleep a maximum of 8 couples or so. January-March is the high season so I would book your preferred accommodations sooner than later :)
