We met in 8th grade math class and became friends! We would always be in a group together when working and i had a small crush on him but that is about it, he actually didn't know i had a crush on him until about 2 years into our relationship. High school came along and it was freshman year 2013 when we started hanging out more and getting feelings for each other, he asked me to be his girlfriend!! of course i said yes, we had so much fun together and he made me feel special. We had a lot of common interests and cared a lot for each other. THE REST WAS HISTORY!

The proposal was so magical! We were in Colorado for a trip with some of the family. One of the days we went on a hike to The Garden of The Gods. It was so beautiful, i didn't think anything of it. We got to the top of this one spot that was a little off trail and the kids were with us so i was on mom mode for sure trying to make sure no one slipped or fell. While we got to the top and were able to be a spot i could let the kids walk around i went a little higher. My aunt Lizz told me to stand there for a picture so i did but i was turned around away from them so when they called my name to turn around and face them for the "picture" there he was on one knee asking me to marry him. I was honestly so surprised and it was so amazing! of course i said yes!!!
