We're Getting Married!

One night Jonathan was swiping through Tinder and came across a handsome yet geeky guy. Something about Jonathan’s smile caught Mike’s attention. On the day they were supposed to meet up, Jonathan got sick and had to cancel. He was afraid Mike would think he was standing him up! But, Mike gave him a chance and they ended meeting up for dinner at Mitsuwa and drinks at the Martini Room. They talked for hours as if time flew by. Needless to say, they “swiped right!”

Mike set up a nice intimate dinner in the middle of the week to celebrate our 4th year anniversary. At the end of dinner, Mike surprised Jonathan with a “special” desert. A chocolate sphere melted by hot caramel revealed his engagement ring sitting on top of an ice cream scoop. At first, Jonathan didn’t even notice the ring. He was just excited from the handmade desert and his favorite-est food –ice cream. Mike went on one knee and popped the question. He said YES!
