WHAT DOES TRANSPORTATION LOOK LIKE? If you plan to enjoy alcohol, please arrange a designated driver. Mountain roads can be challenging at night. CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE? Plus ones are welcome , no one should attend a wedding alone! Guests may bring a spouse, child, or significant other. Please inform us in advance so we can plan accordingly. Unannounced guests or those without an RSVP may not be guaranteed a meal. SHOULD I BRING A GIFT? Gifts are appreciated but completely optional. A card box and gift table will be available at the reception. HOW DO I SAY GOODBYE? When you’re ready to leave, feel free to slip away quietly (Irish goodbye). A goodbye text is welcome, most importantly, travel home safely. IS ALCOHOL PROVIDED? A limited selection of alcohol will be provided. BYOB is welcome. WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE? Please arrive by 3:30 PM to be seated. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. IS PARKING AVAILABLE? Yes, parking is plentiful. Carpooling is encouraged if you plan to drink. CAN I USE MY PHONE DURING THE CEREMONY? Our ceremony will be unplugged (no phones). We’ll provide a brief moment for photos without interrupting our professional photographer. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? Please aim for pastel colors, please avoid dark colors. Wear your Sunday best, comfortable shoes, and remember if you wear white, this is your last invite! IS THE WEDDING INDOOR OR OUTDOORS? The ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn overlooking the Appalachian Mountains. Cocktail hour will be outside the barn, and the reception will be indoors.
