We both were working on the Del Monte Kingdom Hall Construction Project; on the same crew too! Yet, that is not when we met. The time came for the friends to take a break and have some lunch. So I (Jonny) sat with a couple of brothers. Prayer was given for the meal and then they started calling up the friends to grab their food by table. When they called up our table I went to grab my plate. However, when I came back to my table, it was empty. There I was. Sitting alone. Eating alone. Or so I thought! Megan, along with another sister, came over and asked, “Do you mind if we sit with you?” I had noticed they came from the table next to me. I said “sure!” The first time meeting someone new is always awkward, but little did I know, I was talking to the love of my life (Megan! Not the other sister.) That was the start of it all.
