Father of the Groom
My dad may have made me learn the hard way, but here we are; we figured it out! Thank you, Dad, for always trying your best. I love you. -Jonathan Jerry, thanks for raising a gentleman. I see a lot of love in your heart for your family, and I'm so happy that you have accepted me. God bless you, Mr. League. -Mary
Mother of the Groom
My mother showed me grace and love when I needed it the most. She has the kindest, sweetest spirit I know. Thanks, mom. I love you. -Jonathan Hi Momma! Thank you for always being warm and welcoming. Your hugs make me feel good inside, and I love your happy birthday singing! I'm very excited to join your family. -Mary
Father of the Bride
If you don't personally meet Steve, you're missing out! I met Steve a few years back through the veteran community. While getting to know Steve and his wife, Kelly, I realized right away that they are great people! They own a pet grooming business, which is perfect because they love dogs! Our favorite pastime with Steve and Kelly includes a long day on the lake then retiring for an evening of food around a firepit. They give every situation a nostalgic family vibe, and we love it! Steve will be stepping in for my late grandfather by walking me down the aisle. Please show Mr. and Mrs. Dixon a lot of love!
Mother of the Bride
I am so proud to introduce my Nanna! Veeda is my grandma, but I consider her my momma. She adopted me when I was three years old and has shown me love and support ever since. My momma is a traditional, God-fearing woman who will love you with her whole heart if you let her. Please give my Nanna a warm welcome when you see her!

My brother has always supported me and been by my side. He has encouraged me through my service and through all my crazy ideas. Love you, bro! -Jonathan Jerry, one thing I have noticed about you is that you always try to be helpful. You are far more considerate than you get credit for, and I believe you have an amazing heart. We met when my MS symptoms first started, and you and your family were always ready to lend a helping hand. Thank you for accepting me from day one! -Mary

Meet Mr. Cooper, the outspoken gentlemen. Not only is J.T. a war hero (think Black Hawk Down) and entrepreneur, but he also seeks to help veterans in his community through his non-profit organization, Warrior Rounds. J.T. and his wife, Myra, have also supported their community through their dedication to being foster parents. J.T. is a busy guy, but that doesn't stop him from being a great friend and mentor. It's an honor to have Mr. and Mrs. Cooper with us for our celebration!
Bridesmaid
Meet Christina! Christina and I have had some unique experiences throughout our friendship. We have learned together, grown together, and cheered each other on for decades. Christina is my longest friend. Near or far, she has been with me through thick and thin. Christina will be accompanied to our wedding by her husband, Aaron, and son, Eddie. Make sure to say "hi" and make them feel welcomed!
Bridesmaid
Y'all, this is Amber, and you're going to love her! Amber and I met in college and have continued our friendship over the past decade. Even though she has moved away, she still has managed to swing by and see me when in town. Amber is currently working hard on her master's to become a physician assistant. She enjoys a good joke, the love of her family, and driving fast cars. Y'all are going to enjoy having her at our celebration!
Bridesmaid
I'm excited to introduce Ally to all of you! I met Ally at church, and I immediately knew she was my type of friend! She has too many outstanding qualities to name them all, but here are a few. Ally is the friend who allows you to vent but doesn't judge you or tell your business afterward. She is intelligent, confident, hard-working, and very kind. She is fun-loving and an outstanding conversationalist. You will want to get acquainted with Ally, as she is an excellent person to have in your corner.
Officiant
Everyone, give a warm welcome to Mr. Vince and Mrs. Miranda Ruta! Vince is a minister at Austin Peay State University and Bethel Community Church. We will be completing marriage counseling with Vince and Miranda before our big day. He and Jonathan have spent quite a bit of time together over the past eight years, and we thought it was appropriate for him to officiate our wedding. Thank you for accepting this role in our wedding, Vince! Also, a special thank you to Miranda and Vince for giving us well-explained guidance on our journey with Christ. We understand that it isn't always easy to find time with two little ones, but you both manage it with grace and determination; we appreciate your time more than you know. We look forward to learning more through your counsel and mentorship; thank you both!
