Guests should arrive at 4:00 pm.

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Yes, there is a large parking lot with plenty of available spaces for all guests.

What if I don't have a car?

Answer

Uber and Lyft are great options since there's a lot in the area. The hotel, venue, and welcome party are all within 10 minutes drive from each other.
