Doors will open at our venue at 5pm for guests, at that time, cocktails, soft pretzels, and hor'dourves will be served.
Guests will not be allowed to enter prior to 5pm, however Williamsburg is a lively neighborhood with many restaurants, cafés, bars and shops to visit. If you're early, you are encouraged to walk around and explore, you may find something truly exciting.
We will be having open bar service from 5pm-10pm. Radegast has an amazing selection of beers and wines to choose from, so pace yourself.
At 10 pm our venue will open to the public for general service, if you want to remain there please feel free to. There will be a shuttle bus outside to return those who want to go back to the Hilton Garden Inn in long island city. This will be the only transportation provided, but don't fret, there are busses, trains and taxis galore in brooklyn to get you where you need to go.
Did I mention the many bars, clubs, breweries and other venues in the area. If you've had your fill of radegast we will likely be keeping the party going around williamsburg. If you are feeling a little adventurous don't limit yourself to Williamsburg, there is tons to do in other neighborhoods around NYC.
In addition to the hor'dourves and delicious soft pretzels served for the first hour of the night, there will be a selection of German inspired entrees and sides to enjoy after the ceremony. However, dinner will not be plated, it will be served buffet style.
The vaccine mandate for bars, restaurants, gyms and other indoor venues has been lifted, as has the indoor mask mandate. However some indoor venues still fall under the vaccine or mask mandates, such as Broadway theaters, and all mass transit, respectively. Businesses may still choose to require patrons to provide proof of vaccination and to wear masks when not eating or drinking. In order to make the most of your time in New York city, please bring proof of vaccination and carry a mask with you at all times.
Masks will not be required for guests attending, but vaccinations will. All guests must send their proof of vaccination to navarrettewedding2022@gmail.com prior to the 15th of April in order to attend. While we hope to see all of you, anyone who does not send proof of vaccination will not be granted entry to our wedding venue.
Any gifts brought to the venue will be gladly accepted. However if you wish to purchase something from our registry, you can have it shipped directly to us and save yourself (and us) the work of carrying it from place to place.
For guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, we have arranged for bus to pick up guests at 4pm to bring them to Radegast. The bus will depart 10-15 minutes later, or once all seats are occupied. If you are planning on taking the bus be in the lobby by 4, as it will not be waiting for very long and will not take attendance for guests staying in the hotel. For those who are not staying at the hotel, Radegast is also walking distance from the L subway line at the Bedford station, the L and G subway lines at the Lorimer/Metropolitan station or the M/J/Z subway lines at the Marcy stop. Otherwise there are surface busses throughout brooklyn, and uber/lyft/via and other rideshare apps are always your friend.
If you have chosen to stay at another hotel nearby, you may still come to the Hilton Garden Inn in long island city at 4pm to take the bus. However, seats are limited and if you are not within walking distance, it may be faster and easier for you to go directly to the venue.
There will not be any valet parking, nor is there a parking lot or garage for the venue. There will be plenty of street parking nearby and there are garages around williamsburg where you can park for a reasonable fee.
Currently, no. However you will need it to enter the wedding venue.
Yes, children under 21 will be allowed, however all guests under 21 must exit radegast by 10pm when it opens to the public.
All invitees should have received an RSVP card with a seat count indicated in gold ink. This is the allowed size for your party, including children, please do not exceed this count. There will be a guest list at the entrance to the party and if someone is not on it, they cannot enter. If you have been granted additional seats please keep seats to named invitees, significant others and children. Please provided the name of your guests when you RSVP, and send their vaccination record with yours prior to the 15th of April.
If a named invitee in your party not able to attend please exclude them when you RSVP. If you have a child or significant other of another member of the party which you would like to bring in their place you may add them to your RSVP. If you would like to bring someone else who does not fit that description please email us regarding the person you would like to bring before RSVPing for them.
If your party has changed after you submit your RSVP reach out to us via email at; navarrettewedding2022@gmail.com This is so we can update the guest list accordingly. Please keep in mind that there are others who did not receive a plus-one who would likely want to, so let us know once you know for certain so we can offer the seat elsewhere.
Unfortunately we cannot offer any additional seats at this time. That being said, guests have been asked to submit their RSVP either by mail or online by April 10th, 2022. We will reach out to those who we have not received any notice from by the 20th. After the 20th we will reach out to individuals without a plus-one to offer empty seats for a guest of their choosing.
